As we grow, so does the volume and number of our daily cross-country shipments - most of which arrive safe and sound thanks to our highly efficient and capable operations team. However there are occasional errors in order placement, processing, and shipment (ex: lost, damaged, mis-shipments) - it is during one of these tiny disasters that the Client Support Specialist is trained to swoop in and save the day (red cape not included). You’ll be aiding the current Support Specialists in coordinating logistics and processing of returns from any number of our 40+ Account Managers, at any given time. For this reason, strong short term memory and ability to rapidly switch between multiple tasks is highly desired. As a contact for many reps at the company during times of stress - the ability to keep a calm, cool head during high pressure situations will help everyone involved.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with shipping carriers, manufacturers, and warehouses to resolve any lost and/or damaged shipments.
  • Provide a seamless customer transaction for returns and exchanges.
  • Elevate customer experience through enhancing procedures and optimizing reporting.
  • Effectively communicate updates to both the sales team and to our customers.
  • Respond competently and professionally to challenges faced while executing duties.


Ideal candidate is likely to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or significant experience in logistics, support, or solar industry.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to effectively organize and prioritize customer and team needs.
  • Proficiency in internet-based services and platforms.
