Sales Support and Analytics Intern 2017 - MA

Interning at CivicSolar

CivicSolar is seeking students who are interested in marketing, engineering, information technology, supply chain management, and finance. We are growing as an organization and are looking for people who are excited about renewable energy and passionate about bringing this technology to many more people in the US and Latin America.

At CivicSolar you will be collaborating closely with seasoned Account Managers in order to achieve your learning goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Collect and analyze market data to forecast solar industry trends
  • Develop prospect call lists
  • Attend company meetings, work trade shows, attend seminars and perform other sales related functions as needed.
  • Clean up database records using Excel functions and Salesforce data tools
  • Track project milestones and provide progress reports to Regional Sales Manager

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Studying towards a degree in data science, statistics, engineering, or equivalent majors
  • Proven communication skills -- verbal and written.
  • Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong computer application skills including Excel, MS Office suite, Google Apps
  • SalesForce (CRM) experience is a plus, though not required
  • Experience in solar PV market and projects is a plus
